Ella's action to save this unknown woman is just in time as Mirror Ella was losing strength and consciousness. When the Jem'Hadar lost his grip, Mirror Ella pulls away and lunges for her fallen Tzenkethi dagger. Neither woman makes eye contact with the other or actually clearly sees the other. Ella only knows that this person needs her help, and she is going to assist her in any way possible.

A surge of energy sweeps through Mirror Ella as she now finds herself free from the Jem'Hadar's grip. She hasn't noticed the woman who struck her opponent. Her clearing mind focuses on one thing, the dagger she has wrapped in her strong fingers....
