I'm actually kinda confused as to why people want to become trans?
I mean, you can beΒ a masculine female or vice versa and so on, but why
should simply a body part mean the change of personality or anything
like that? I just don't see why people see this way...

you see, people can't BECOME trans. being trans means feeling like your brain's gender doesn't match your physical features. it's not a choice, but a condition that hasn't been completely scientifically explained yet. and it doesnt really have much to do with personality. just like non-trans people have a large variety of personalities, trans people do too. the only difference is that they aren't comfortable with being seen as the gender they were assigned at birth. hope that helps!

nah, it's not called becoming trans. it's called transitioning. they sound similar, but they're not the same thing, actually.
transitioning is a choice, sure, but to many trans people it's the only thing that can keep them from falling into depression, or even killing themselves.

Also, putting Steven Universe aside, I think you're confusing "Accept who you are" with "Don't accept your identity and just live as these black and white sexes". If it were so simple, why has society raised trans people to be cisgendered people, yet in the end they still know that they can't conform to their respective sex?
Why are trans women still willing to go through transition instead of living as a man if it gets them murdered, it gets them out of a job because managers refuse to hire trans people, and it gets their own families to kick them out of the house? Why are trans people still willing to be out even though they know they'll get backlash and bullied and experience things like corrective rape or being disowned by families? Why is there such a high suicide rate for trans people (41%)?
I hope you can understand that it's a lot more than just conforming to your sexes, because to you it might mean "accept your body for what it is", but for others, it is "don't change to make yourself more comfortable and safe in your own body".
