It is an abomination. If a man has sex with a man in same way as with a woman, they have committed an abomination. They are certainly to be put to death. Their blood is on their own heads." And notice that it says to kill Homosexuals? That's right, true Christians kill gays, true Christians are homophobes. The more you know.

Some of the beliefs of the Bible are outdated. I do not want to follow it entirely, but I can use its messages that I approve of to guide my life. While He (and certain religious people) may view me as selfish for thinking this way, that's just how I roll in life. I do not fully understand or even believe in certain aspects of organized religions, I believe in everything on a metaphysical level. What matters to me is to follow what I understand well enough and hear insight about what I don't. I will follow what I feel is right in life and keep an open mind about everything that I don't currently feel is right, but I will to follow my own mind while still hearing the prose of others' minds.

The truth is that religion is a huge mess of different thoughts. There's Lutheran, Catholic, Protestant, Jewish, Islamic, and many other religions out there. Many modern religions have changed to exclude things like the justification of murder to appease modern standards. Some say modern religions have evolved, others say they've been watered down. Religion has had some nasty groups and its very roots of some of its earliest-known translations have said some pretty sickening stuff. Indulgences, witch-hunts, and the pilgrims that had taken America from the Natives were bad things to come out of religion. Morality, dedication, and optimism are some good things that have come from religion. Some people base religion off of what they feel they can do to please God, some people base religion off of extremely strict standards laid out by early forms of the Bible, some go both ways, and some groups similar to religious people live under a certain philosophy without a hard dedication to a divine being (like secular Buddhists.)Β

Also sex with a man the same as with a woman just means don't commit disgusting anal or oral (Which are not loving actions even if the person doing it does love the other person) and are the cause of STD's and are only desired if you don't find the obviously disgusting notion of putting your mouth on someone's genitals or butt (Where gross stuff comes out of.)
You can be two men or two women and be in love and not do those things.Β It's not saying that being in love with another man or woman is a sin nor is it saying being in a relationship with them is.Β It's saying doing immoral sexual actions (That are equally immoral for a straight couple to do) is the sin.

it was actually a mistranslation though, Latin is a really old language and almost nobody understands it. techically the old bible was said to not sleep with boy as you do with a woman.

1. Iβve only seen this argument come from tumblr and other LGBT propaganda. Iβve never seen it from one biblical scholar. Wouldnβt a certified translator have figured out the correct translation a long time ago? Why is it so recent? Why is it from tumblr and not a reliable source?
2. If weβre to accept that Leviticus 18:22 is about a little boy, then that means the little boy will be executed in Leviticus 20:13.

Just i said, the language was very old and at some point we cant really trust translators. None of the pages actually talked about homosexuality at all. maybe in that page it didnt really talk about pedophilia but still.
