"Secure War Log Captain Jean Luc Picard, USS Enterprise, Stardated 57885.5: We are under attack! After a few days with the Romulans somehow the Tholians found our Meetingplace on Nelvana III.
We had no choice but to evacuate the Outpost. Ambassador Spock decided to stay with the Romulans to continue the negotiations.
He said it was the only logical decision.

Along with some romulan Ships Enterprise and Sparta defended the escape of the Ambassador Ship into romulan Space. I only hope Ambassador Spock and his romulan counterpart Ambassador Tomalak can come to an agreement. Without the Romulans I doubt the Federation can hold out for much longer.

Currently we are fighting our way out of the former neutral Zone. I send a distress call to Stafleet Command but I doubt they can spare many ressources to help us. We took heavy damage and word reached me that Captain Yar was badly injured. I only hope she can make it until we reach the Battle Group near Bolarus. The Doctors on those medical Ships are quite competent.

But....there are much more urgent matters to worry about. I still can´t believe the Tholians found us. The location of the meeting was Top Secret. On my Ship only I and my senior officers knew where we were going.
But from one moment to the other, two dozen tholian Ships attacked us like a swarm of angry hornets. There was only this one spike in chroniton radiation. Maybe this has something to do with the advantage of the tholians...."
