This is for *shadowlotr , the winner of #Musical-fans ' latest contest. See her awesome winning entry here:So, in the pic there's Moulin from a manga called Return to Labyrinth - I've never read it myself - with Elphie and Glinda from Wicked, walking the streets of Emerald City. Moulin figured out it's fun to tease Elphie with the rain cloud she can control.
