Description
I never thought to make a sequel to my first Deviation. It was a big surprise for me to see Isabelle becoming a fighter for Smash Ultimate in the latest Nintendo Direct. I'm really excited, because she is one of my favourite Nintendo Chars. Well, but same counts for Waluigi... who's still an Assist Trophy.
Btw now you all know, what King K. Rool is pointing on in his Smash Ultimate-Artwork. You're welcome!

I never understood why Waluigi was never in Smash. I mean they let him in sports and parties but never smash! It's ridiculous!

The mostly mentioned reason is always the same: Sakurai hates him. But i think, the sports and party games you've mentioned are another problem for that reason. Waluigi was never in a really "mentionable game" (i know, that sounds stupid, because games like Mario Kart are indeed mentionable).
He has a really big fanbase and deveres more than that. I'm not saying, that he should get his own game (even if i would prefer that), but why not put him in a game besides Wario as his companion? Even a Rabbid based on him got a bigger role than him ever since his debut. He's still "just Wario's partner", but he can be way more than that!
I really hope, that Waluigi one day gets what he deserves, not only in Smash. And until this day, he's my main in every sports and party game.

Well according to Nintendo Waluigi was also not originally a Nintendo Character so he's pretty much considered The Black Sheep of the Mario Franchise. So that could also be the reason why they wouldn't want him in Smash Bros. Because like a father and son who hate each other he's pretty much shunned for being something they're not.
