Last weekend we went up to the Axamer Lizum, some kilometers from Innsbruck.In winter it's a pretty popular skiing area, in summer only a couple of tourists and locals find their way to the Lizum for a hike.
In a way that's a pity, as you get a great view of the mountain scene around Innsbruck. On the other hand it's just great, as you can hike and enjoy the nature and scenery and not really worry about too many people around.
This photo was taken at the Hochtennboden, at some 2357m looking to the North-East.

thanks Serdar. the view really is breathtaking up there - unfortunately the light wasn't the best you could wish for. the green of the grass is a bit....washed out.

I think it is great location to shoot, you might want to try it winter as well

it would be a cool location for a winter pano as well
but in winter it's almost impossible to get to this place (check the coordinates) - it's in the middle of a mountain range, not easy to get to

technisch perfekt festgehalten (keine Spur von Übergängen usw.)
ich hätte mir vielleicht etwas sattere Farben im Gras gewünscht...aber dann wärs wohl im Himmel zuviel...

stimmt schon, das Gras ist etwas fad.
leider war bei der Aufnahme die Sonne gerade hinter den Wolken - das hatte zwar den Vorteil, dass der Himmel super geworden ist (nicht überstrahlt), aber das satte Grün der Wiese kommt schlecht.
aber ich hab noch andere Panos von dem Ausflug, mit satterem Grün
