Description This is the third and probobly final preview of my Lamborghini Murcielago, any improvements tell me now!!
btw, the wheels were removed becuase i want to do the real lamborghini ones and the lights were covered... because they were rubbish, lol

Its nurbs modeling.. i created the points and then bridged them up.
Out of curiosity what is patch modeling?

After you set up the planes of the blue prints your useing, you make a single plane and extrude off it making the shape of the car.

Nice model so far. It could use some higher subdivision though or is it for a game? And that radiosity really hurts my eyes

Its not for a game, but my rather slow pc (amd 2400) cant realy handle high poly thts why i am buying me a £300 upgrade in a month or so.. but i will bump un the subdivisions for the final render.

You arent gonna tell me that you nearly finished it are you?
like i said, dont rush it man , its a shame of all the work you put into it if it turns out choppy and stuff

Nah, i got a bit more to do, the little bits.... like decent lights lol, detailed rims and tyres... well modeled exhaust
I am not rushing it, just spending lots of time on it... maybe too much time lol

Thanks, I Just turned on a few effects like HDRI, DOF but i dont think that had an effect

DOF is too heavy.. you should use it when youre done ,preferably i use photoshop for DOF cause it takes less time..

This is the way the door curves round to meet the top of the skirt... its a dodgey view lol
