Easter Eggs are always a nice touch, even if I don't catch them without some outside "help". The ones I picked up were the victim's legs referring to one of Ray Bradbury's books, and the title's inspiration on the clock face. Is the PSI 2000 an allusion to something as well?

You got the time being 4:51 as a reference to Bradbury's 'Fahrenheit 451', which deals with censorship.
'The Naked Time' is the title of an episode of Star Trek: The Original Series (Season 1 Episode 4)
Psi 2000 is the name of the planet they visit where they bring back the disease that removes emotional inhibitions in that episode.
ThereΒ is also the StarΒ Fleet "A" Insignia and the elongated star symbol of Star Fleet Command in the minute hand, as well as an "S" for both Star Trek and Steve.
...and all of that is a reference to me being a total nerd
