Description
Here is a finished watermelon purse, complete with strap.With the help of family, I decided to go with a longer strap for this purse. I didn't want to go with anything short in fear of having it snatched away. With the longer strap, you can hold it in front of you as you shop.

I did so adjustments to the original pattern to follow my watermelon idea.
I had originally planned on having three at my table, but since it's grabbed so much attention already, I'll crochet up some more!

It's not a huge purse, it's about 5+ inches deep with and 8 inch circumference.
I'm table F5 (my other account is *SmyrnaSketcher ) Don't let the number of purses daunt you, I'll have more available at the table and maybe even make more while I'm there.
