So I started this series yesterday and the feels train has been bumpy. I'm not the one to cry normally, but after this strip especially, I am wishing that I either had never read it because it is so beautiful and I don't want it to end.... or I wish I had a million bucks to give you so you could just write these for the rest of eternity. I'm crying. The grose "that hit home" runny nose type of crying. This story... with every chapter I read, this story feels so personal to me. As a sub trying to deal with the complicated misgivings of dating my dom, you have managed to put into words most of our biggest problems and fears. This morning I was hell bent on saying goodbye to one of the best people to ever come into my life, the most important one, because of stupid small details. Because my way of loving is unconventional and perverse and for the longest time I thought that meant I couldn't have a good healthy relationship, didn't deserve one... but your story is giving me hope. Not to mention a slap in the face because I just realized that much like Liza I have been wallowing in my own doubts and conclusions to our problems without giving my partner the chance to put a word in. I have been... am so scared of his true feelings that I have been making decisions for both of us. This last conversation between Liza and Mike just made me realize that sometimes not working out smoothly doesn't really mean not working out. Perhaps your idea in writing this was not particularly for your story to be so therapeutic but for me it is. And I just want to tell you, as I have in other comments, that I love this story not only because of the plot and the wonderful graphics but because of it's depth. It's real. It's personal, and so encouraging. To know that in this non traditional type of romance I'm not as lost or wrong as I thought. Thank you so much for writing this story. I look forward to the rest.

Love this story, the emotion is really well conveyed without feeling overused. It's great, honestly. Putting that aside thou... Elliot is visiting her family??? Damn it, Stain! What are you doing playing video games for? You should be in your own story motivating and inspiring sigeel so that he would publish more often~~
I really like when you do a crossover with these two, and this was an interesting piece of information on what might be happening in the other story somewhere along the way [speculates].

It was indeed on the 25th, Christmas day 1986, oh-- mid-morning? and I was in jeans and a tee shirt... on my knees... bent over the edge...... of the shower/tub in my quarters! Giving it, and the rest of my bathroom, a good G-I'ing, what with a scrub pad in one hand and green scour powder scattered all over it. A simple left-behind, hand-me-down radio my only companion. I kept it set to KILO (Rocks the Rockies!!!)
For this building they were 3-man rooms, and the other beds were unassigned at the time, so I was flying solo. Gods, Ft. Carson was nice back then.
So, back to my originally scheduled rant...
