Description
Lion based celtic styled axe for the Everquest: Omens of War Expansion.This one came together very qucikly and was really fun to paint.
I drew a rough sketch in pencil, painted it in Painter, and merged the final layers in Photoshop.

It belongs to Sony, I no longer have the rights to it. But if you are not making money from it its probably not a big deal, especially if the guild happens to be an EQ guild.

Could you do a frost enchanted axe. Just got one in a RPG I'm playing and need a good pic of what it looks like but can't find one. You have a great style, and I like how this one looks.

Thank you. This one was a real joy to work on, and seem to come together with almost no effort. Though the blade is a "little" large, it still seems kinda cool to me.

This was one of the fastest and more spontaneous weapon designs that I made in the batch of EQ weapons at that time. And as is often the case with me, moving quickly often results in more feeling being imparted to my art, even for a weapon.
