Rider: Dylaan Marquis – factory worker

How you came up with him/her: Everyone has a beginning, a family, so I needed to make a family and history for Maelstrom. Often our older brothers look after us and are in some way a role model for our own actions. Big bros are cool. Boltt is Storms big brother and takes the role very seriously. His only frivolity is when he loses his head and races off before the official start of the race, but since it is only the recreational races of factory workers needing a break he doesn’t get into trouble over it….much. Dylaan would preferre he didn’t bolt off, but the thrill of the ride and of the race cannot be mellowed.

Temperament/character: Bolt is a speed freak, and is named not for the lightening mark which he inherited off his father but for the way he will bolt off at the slightest chance for a run, sometimes without his rider Dylaan’s permission. Though not a racer he does spend his spare time in the various unofficial races held on back streets by similar minded speed-aholics and bored workers alike.
As the oldest of the clutch he is a serious person who is above practical jokes and thinks his younger brother is a fool. He is very protective of all his family and can be kind at unexpected times.
