I am absolutely convinced that the Shadow Triad are the Striaton triplets in disguise. I don't really know how or why but they totally are okay ;3;watch them be completely unrelated/girls

I LOVE the pic, it's amazingly drawn! But now it's my turn to overthrow your theory, please do not take it as offense. There's a simple reason why the Striaton Triplets cannot be the Shadow Triad: these two teams battles each other in the manga!

I found this a long time ago, but I don't think I ever told you how much I love it. It's my fav desktop background, hands down. (And I have like 50 Pokemon pictures on a loop. XD) The blue here is really stunning. I love how their lines are the same color as their eyes.

In the manga, the Shadow Triad specialise in these three types (one per each type):
Grass
Water
Fire.
They also wear masks that represent the three elemental monkey's forehead.
