Description
After the time shifts began to happen in the timeline, a phenomenon led to the resurrection of Alex Drake, who happened to see two futures: one where Frax fights against the Q-Rex, and their fight destroys a third of the 21st Century and one in which Ransik’s death by the Dragontron (a giant machine he sent to the past six years ago) led to the total annihilation of the 31st Century. In both futures, however, he saw himself dying wounded.

However, after Frax betrayed Ransik and left the Londarz when Mr. Collins got attacked by Ransik in the Bio-Tech HQ, obsessed by reverting the shifts, he came back to the past. Upon his return, he immediately took over as Red Ranger, getting rid of Wes, telling him his destiny was to take over Bio-Lab after his father died the next day after being injured by Ransik during his and Severax's raid on Bio-Lab. Alex started leading the Rangers into battle with by-the-book methods against Dragontron to no avail. He heavily criticizes the Rangers and his single-minded determination to destroy Frax's siphon nearly kills the Rangers and left them without any chance of questioning his methods. After the second fight against Dragontron, giving no care to the team’s injuries, Alex orders them to get up and fight, even accusing them of not caring about the future. Having enough of Alex’s poor leadership and treatment of them, Lucas gets up and confronts the former, and told his crewmates to go searching for Wes. Alex tried to shut up Lucas and blamed Wes for their poor performances, but Lucas defended him against such accusations. But, when Lucas tried to go for Wes, Alex menaced him with killing him, but Lucas wanted to live. Alex pretended to apologize to the Rangers, and even tried to persuade Lucas for working for him, to the point of even offering him a "pill" that could “make him forget Wes”. However, after realizing with his menacing words he hadn’t good intentions, enraged, Lucas confronted him, and Alex tried to kill him. However, when the Rangers came back to helping Lucas, they saw their struggle resulted in the fatal wound being caused when they wrestled over a revolver and it going off and shooting Alex in the stomach. At that moment, the Rangers confronted him again, saying he cared nothing for the future, and the team was better with Wes. So. He revealed he was the culprit behind the presence of Dragontron, and that the future wasn’t affected by the time shifts, everything was a lie: he only wanted to avoid his own death, no matter how much innocents he should sacrifice in order to avoid it, aside from waiting for the moment Mr. Collins died for later killing Wes; he planned to ensure the “better” future with his plans, but with only avoiding his own death. So, after confessing everything, he said no matter what happens, in the end, Dragontron would destroy the Rangers, Mr. Collins would die, and Wes will have no more option but to accept such fate, and laughed about it, before falling tired, getting apparently dead. But when the Rangers almost got attacked by Frax, Wes returned for helping his friends and destroyed the siphon. However, when Wes tried to take the Morpher away from Alex, he happened to be still alive; he played dead and said he won’t die without killing Wes first. So, Wes had to fight against Alex, and almost he gets killed; but when he tried to kill Wes, Jen shot him, he tried to persuade her with they’ll be married, but Jen rejected that, and shot him, killing him, saving Wes’ life.

Alex Drake: Jen, honey... you wouldn't hurt me, would you, sweetheart ? Sweetheart, be reasonable. After all, you will marry me !

(Alex goes for his gun, Jen shoots him in the head, killing him)

Jen Scotts: Consider that a rejection ! (She takes off her engagement ring, and throws it away)

Wes Collins: That was your boyfriend ?

(Jen shakes her head in affirmation. Wes gets up and he kicks Alex's corpse)

Wes Collins: He was a son of a bitch !

However, time later, his body was taken away by a mysterious being, who revived him. At that moment, his insanity got worse than ever; he returned back to the future and stolen a Chrono Morpher with the help of the mysterious guy, who modified it. With that, Alex Drake got the power of becoming the sinister Paradox Ranger, an evil versión of TimeRed. He later returned to the past for finishing his misión: killing the Rangers, and avoiding his own death. He encountered himself too many times with the Rangers, and almost killed them in battle. However, after the Rangers (excluding Wes) fallen into a trap and were sent back to the past, he revealed being the Paradox Ranger and tried to get rid of them, after trying to erase their memories, informing them that their actions in the past changed their futures for better. However, they manage to escape and Alex orders his people to find them and even demands to kill them if necessary. Then, when the Rangers tried to go back to the past, he appeared before them with the objective of killing them and confessed he was the true culprit behind the escape of Ransik and the Londarz Mutants, saying that with it he will clean the future from the mutants making them killed in the past, giving no interest if their actions in the past could be dangerous for the future. At that moment, when he attempted to kill them, Logan and his men of the Time Defense Bureau appeared before him and tried to kill him, but Alex confronted them, but Logan told the Rangers he’ll stop them, leaving the Rangers a chance to escape to the past for helping Wes.

However, after the Rangers finally arrested Ransik, Alex happened to return to finish the job. Showing he killed Captain Logan mercilessly. So, he transformed again in the Paradox Ranger for confronting them, ambushing them. When he tried to kill Wes, Ransik suddenly attacked him with his saber as an act of redemption before getting fatally wounded by the evil Ranger. At that moment, Ransik said the Rangers realized his mistakes and that somebody became worse than him. So before dying, he told the Rangers to take care of his daughter, Nadira, and don’t let somebody commits his mistakes or becomes worse than him. With Alex fatally wounded, the Rangers now had another chance to defeat him with a fatal strike, killing him, and saving the future.

However, several years later, a group of mutants known as Muto-Jackers, who came to the present for establishing a new Demon King in order to finish what Schwarz and Ransik began time ago, after their constant battles with the Time Force Rangers and their new Friends, being one of them a teenager who once he wanted to be a king named Sougo Tokiwa/Kamen Rider Zi-O, decided to find a good candidate for defeating the Time Force Rangers and the Time Riders (Zi-O, Geiz, Tsukuyomi, Woz). So, after knowing the story of Alex Drake, they came back to the past, and stolen his corpse for reviving him, taking an advantage of his soul became filled with hatred and desire for revenge. So, after getting revived by the Muto-Jackers, he accepted their offer of joining them and becoming their Demon King in order to take revenge against the Rangers. So, he returned for fighting the Ranger-Rider Alliance. However, he now had a power that not only could defeat the Rangers and the Riders but could also put in danger the memories of Wes…

So, here's his design as Paradox Ranger. My friend got the idea of turning him into a villain inspired by his counterpart from TimeRanger, Ryuuya Asami. Frankly, his idea has sense, especially due to his despicable behavior.

Alex Drake: It all makes sense now ! That slacker made my team turn against me, and my fiancée assassinate me ! They want an authoritarian and tyrannical monster, huh ? Happy to play the part ! (evil laugh)
