I seriously have no idea what they are there for. There are two more on the other side of the car, and they all lead down to a metal box in the back!

My guess would be a smoke generator, or possibly an oversize air intake for the diesel...

One of the guys on the team bought a W123 wagon from my dad a few years before they started drifting. WHo knows this beast may use parts from our beloved Benz we used to go shopping with.

He's a very skilled driver! He has gained a lot of fans outside Finland the last few years, and he even got featured at Speedhunters.com about a month ago! Let's hope he keeps this up so we can see more of him around the globe!
