Before accusing someone of copying anyone or anything, stop and think.
They are people, just like you. People with feelings.
Is any idea truly unique? Food dogs aren't unique. Loli maid characters aren't unique.
Unless someone else has uploaded a version 99% the same as your idea, they very well could have come up with it on their own; and nobody has a copyright on common things put together.

What I'm trying to say here is, I think that some people are entirely too defensive of their "original" ideas, to the point where they harass - actually harass - others about having something vaguely similar.

That would be like me accusing someone of copying Candie because they made a character with pink pigtails and a blue dress. Seriously.

Now, if someone made a character with pink cotton candy pigtails, a blue Lolita-esque dress, macaron and pocky themed, with differently coloured shoes... that's pretty similar, but still, not exactly uncommon ideas. I would maybe just keep an eye on the user.

However, if their design was almost exactly the same as Candie's, and she was young, loved deco and baking, had a puffy pink dog covered in macarons and bubblegum, and had parents that were too busy for her, then I would become concerned.

And what do you do when you're concerned?
Very abrasively accuse them of being a copycat, in a public comment?
No.
If you have concerns about someone copying you, contact them about it PRIVATELY, in a note, and be polite.

If you're rude about it, or even if you do it in public - and especially if you try to publicly SHAME them or ask your watchers to attack them - that is HARASSMENT, which is never okay.

If the fact that harassing them makes you a jerk doesn't bother you, keep in mind that harassment is a reportable offense, and you could be banned.

I understand being proud and protective of your creations, but don't take it so far that you ruin everyone else's fun.
