Description
One of my favorite literary characters ever: Gollum/Smeagol.My favorite scene from the movies is when Gollum and Smeagol are arguing (near the end of disk 1 of Two Towers). It makes me cry knowing that while Smeagol is celebrating his being free of Gollum, not too far in the future, Gollum will come back and overcome him. I guess I'm just weird that way
In any case, I wanted to do a drawing that depicted both halves. I hope you like it!

I really like it! Smeagol/Gollum is also one of my favorite literary characters, and I really love the constant struggle between the two. Your drawing really captures the personalities. Once again, really nice.

Yes, the film acheived that dichotomy by showing switching between 2 camera angles, making it look like Smeagol and Gollum were two separate persons, facing and arguing with each other.
I was just commenting elsewhere on Gollum's alternate personality, so I immediately saw what you meant here.
