Hello~I am so so so so (...) sorry for my inactivness !
Like really, it makes me so much angry to not draw more (digitally at least).
I just felt like drawing one of my OCs at night.
I am still trying to figure out how to learn digital art properly, so sorry for the bad quality of my digital work haha xD

Raining and city lights? A lonely guy. Hmm I am trying to read his expression but I am failing. He does have sad eyes but the mouth is not turned downwards... so I have no conclusion how he does feel.
Regardless, I like it. I noticed tiny water splatters. I think its a great effect. I think he is looking through a window. Not an expert sweetie. I want to make suggestions.. or kinda embarassed to tell one. :3 I'll try, maybe vivid highlights to his coat and hair. I hope you will not take it wrong. I even feel awkward I am not a digital expert... ugh.. anyways have a good day :3

Actually, dealing with the coloring is quite hard because I have two screens for my computer (the laptop one and the other one), and the colors are extremely different (way more vivid on the PC screen). So it is hard to know how it will tun out ><

Oh jeez, if you are not a digital expert yet then... Umm.. Compared to my digital stuff mine is, well very novice. It's just not to depreciate myself too much.
No worries I know you can learn new stuff too. But remember this, it will take me observing by heart online tutorials and perhaps deciding on the best digital tool so I can submit something of your caliber. Heck perhaps I even need to go to a personal tutor. That's just a plan, I might just look over here if there are offered summer tutorials so I can learn the basics and hopefully the advanced stuff as well. (Unfortunately I am still looking for one 
Just improve and learn as much as you want. I will be just here for support. I hope both my traditional and digital will have improvement as I stay here but we'll see.
