I'm just going to point out what I think is a flaw because noses are still my weaknesses and that does not really make me happy. Still working on it...

The color's not really all that smooth and blended either because I kinda liked it this way. Also, I knew that if I tried to smooth it out, there was a high chance that I'd lose the contrast. Neck's kinda too contrasted though, isn't it? Eh...

I was originally going to give her skin a bluish tint and add scale effects but... that kinda didn't work out too well, so I scrapped the idea and just made her slightly paler/bluer. It's very slight.
