Description So, my first filled-in meme is here (Thanks to coleroboman for this bad boy: fav.me/dceov3u ). Sorry I couldn't write up the rest of the story in its own post, but I just wanted to put up a little something that maps out what else I wanted out of this Mega Crossover. Consider this Part 5 of "Justice League: SPIRITS.” For a recap of the series as a whole and the first 5 arcs in particular, refer to...
Part 1-The Pitch: fav.me/dcxp3il
Lineup Poster/Cover: fav.me/dcy3nfu
Part 2-Outline for Prologue and Arc 1: fav.me/dcy7aj2
Part 3-Outline for Arcs 2 through 4: fav.me/dcze90z
Part 4-Miscellaneous Outlines (Includes the narrative bullet points for "Fate/SHAZAM!"): fav.me/dd2tduw
And now, the synopses for the rest of the core arcs!

"Age of Extinction" Arc:
This bad boy takes the basic premise of its Namesake film, rewrites it to fit with both a more traditional "Transformers" status quo (following "Bumblebee") and the crossover part of this series.
-Cybertronian refugees are disappearing at an alarming rate, and government agencies are denying any connections. Around this time, Kinetic Solutions Incorporated (KSI) CEO Veronica Cale (a former pharmaceutical saleswoman turned multi-billionaire) debuts the OMAC (short for One Mech Army Corps) robotics line as their contribution to the development of "Super Mechanoids," Consisting of the CopyBot (known internally as Project: AMAZO), a blank-slate android that can take on the appearance of the NetNavi that is plugged into it (and on some models, copy weapons and powers), their collection of Transformer-like robot drones, and intends to introduce "Project: SIXSHOT" in the coming weeks. Suspicions have been raised about both the possibility of a connection between KSI and the missing Cybertronian refugees, and their intent for the projects.
-True enough, KSI has been contracting out to paramilitary group Cemetery Wind, the mercenary organization COBRA, and the Cybertronian bounty hunter Lockdown to "acquire" the living metal, or "Transformium," in the makeup of other Cybertronians to be used for their line of robots. Veronica Cale desires the OMAC line to replace the likes of the Justice League, the Autobots, and the Gutsy Geoid Guard as the defenders of the Earth (largely because she felt her status as an icon of feminism was being threatened by the women of all three organizations. Petty, I know). Cemetery Wind's mysterious leader, Harold Attinger, pursues their complete destruction out of a sense of duty to all mankind (sound familiar, DC fans?). Lockdown humors these squishy collaborators in pursuit of his main bounty, Autobot leader Optimus Prime, for his extradimensional "New God" clients (putting him in direct conflict with the Decepticons and their leader, Megatron). And COBRA... is only in it to pay back their budget (hey, even a freelance mercenary outfit has to make ends meet, ya know?). But behind all of their backs, KSI scientist Dr. Rugal Wily (or "Dr. Regal," as he calls himself), son of Dr. Albert Wily (former roboticist, leader of cybercrime organization World Three, and archenemy of Lan Hikari and MegaMan.EXE), pursues his own sinister agenda for the OMAC robots and the tools of their development in the name of the multinational Darkseid-worshipping terrorist cult, SHOCKER.
-At the same time, Project: SIXSHOT (a pseudo-Transformer with the ability to take on up to six primary forms in an act of one-upping Cybertronian Triple Changers) begins to take on a more bluish hue and a Greco-Roman style appearance in its head, resembling a certain God of War familiar to the surviving members of the Olympian Pantheon, especially those on the Justice League... (what can I say, having the God of War become a colossal living weapon of war was just too good to pass up.)
-As all of this goes on, human-paranormal tensions begin to run high, due in part to demagogues the world over claiming that all metahumans, liminals, and non-human species alike are all enemies of the people, and political pundit G. Gordon Godfrey is at the forefront of this rise in human supremacism.

"Legion of Doom" Arc:
Adapting the Alex Ross limited series "Justice," taking inspiration from "Challenge of the Superfriends," "Justice League: Doom," "Injustice 2," and the 1986 comic miniseries "Legends."
-It finally happened, the underlying fear that drove the formation of the Justice League has been realized. Lex Luthor Jr. has put together an group of super villains and has begun to systematically incapacitate members of the Justice League, targeting loved ones, and compromising secret identities in the process. As the membership and their allies try to comprehend what is going on, they come to the conclusion that certain members of the villainous congregation (like the Goddess of Darkness Medusa, Harley Quinn, and the Central City rogues) have been forced into it against their wills by Lex and SHOCKER, and that Godfrey is a leader (if not THE Great Leader) of the latter, and a direct line to Darkseid himself.
-As the JL and their allies begin to mount their counterattack, another angle is presented in the form of recent arrival and Legion of Doom member Brainiac, who desires the database of the Kryptonian Scout ship situated in the center of Metropolis and plans the destruction of the entire planet via full-on nuclear war behind the backs of his fellows, putting our heroes in a race against time to stop both the Legion of Doom and Brainiac from carrying out either of their respective plans.
-Sometime prior to the events presented here, Superman crosses paths with a mysterious young blonde woman who seems to bear a set of powers similar to his own. It is only after a chance encounter with a Kryptonite-powered cyborg by the name of John Corben that the woman reveals herself to be another Kryptonian, introducing herself as Kara Zor-El, a relative of Clark's.

"Savage Dawn" Arc:
Adapting the New 52 Superman arc of the same name, taking inspiration from the movie "Highlander," and "Sozin's Comet," the four-part series finale to "Avatar: the Last Airbender."
-From the dawn of time, he comes. An immortal man by the name of Vandal Savage takes command of the remnants of SHOCKER to enact a bid at world conquest in the wake of the fall of SHOCKER's previous leaders, G. Gordon Godfrey and Lex Luthor. Made immortal by a strange meteorite that landed in continental Europe roughly 50,000 years ago, at around the same time as the meteorite that would go on to be used in the creation of the [Stand Arrows] later down the road, Vandal has carved out a hidden niche for himself, advising and/or taking on the roles of the most notorious conquerors in all of human history, and playing a long game where he would finally become master of the world. In the past few years, he has discovered that the meteorites that gave him and numerous others their powers (including the numerous children he had over the centuries) were just chunks of a larger comet set to pass the Earth in about a month's time, one that can further empower them to potentially godlike levels, and intends to use it to finally take over the world and make it a power that the rest of the universe would fear.
-Meanwhile, the world reacts to the fallout of the Legion of Doom exposing the identities of members of the Justice League, Brainiac trying to start a nuclear Armageddon, and that a supporter of human supremacy like Godfrey was, in fact, an agent of the very thing he decried all throughout his entire career, forcing even the most staunchly prejudiced member of society to reconsider their stance on the world.
-As the Justice League, the Speedwagon Foundation, and the Gutsy Geoid Guard (now renamed the Gutsy GALAXY Guard) try to continue out their standard operations and make plans to take the fight against Darkseid to the stars with the help of the rebuilt Green Lantern Corps, they catch wind of the metahuman enhancing comet, its ties to human history, and the immortal mad man who covets its power for his own personal gain. Our heroes only have one exasperated thought on their minds: "here we go again."
-Soon, they make a startling discovery; the [Stand Arrow] meteorite, the meteorite that gave Vandal Savage his immortality and powers, and the comet were all pieces of debris tossed through space and time by the destruction of the superplanet whose mass was used to create New Genesis and Apokalips, intrinsically tying Earth to the New Gods in the process.

"Cosmic Odyssey" Arc:
While sharing a name with a 1988 four-issue limited series, this arc does NOT adapt the story told there. This is the general sci-fi part of the series, encompassing a cosmic scale and an elaboration of the universe and, perhaps, multiverse. Elements present here are:
-The people of Earth managing to achieve international cooperation for a common cause.
-Groups of characters using any means of Faster Than Light travel, like [Space Bridges] and [Boom Tubes], to traverse the universe and make contact with other sentient lifeforms.
-The Sinestro Corps' reactions to the new players and the new Green Lantern Corps, and the War of Light taking place in multiple corners of the universe with members of each color-and-emotion-based Corps getting a new member from the people of Earth.
-Mankind has its first encounter with the colossal devourer of worlds that is Unicron, and his ties to the New Gods.
-Characters inadvertently encountering other universes (easy crossover opportunities, really), sometimes by trying to get to the worlds of the New Gods, introducing these worlds to the reality-shaking threat that is Darkseid.
-Speaking of Darkseid and the New Gods, the Big Bad himself finally feels he has amassed enough power to declare an unrestrained all-out war on all of existence, and decides to begin his final push by opening Boom Tubes to New Genesis and ALL of the universes directly below that of the New Gods, and sends out everything he's got.

"Final Crisis" Arc:
This is it, the last stand of Man and the Multiverse. The universes that take part in this big blowout brouhaha, and how they manage to beat Darkseid's forces by the skin of their teeth, will all vary by who writes the story. I'll probably introduce the universes I have in mind another time, because there is just too much to describe beyond the fact it goes all in on the "Super Robot Wars" vibes of this crossover:
-Naturally, this arc is named after the crossover comic of the same name, but it isn't a complete adaptation, because I want to do our own thing with the concept of a full on multiversal battle against Darkseid and his forces. It may also serve as a fully-absorbed finale for something like the "SuperFriends" television series and the 2015 "DC Super Hero Girls" web series, with how conclusively it deals with the threat of Darkseid.
-The encore performance of the first invasion of Earth by Apokalips in the ancient past being played on a planet-wide, if not GALAXY-wide, scale.
-The Skyworld/New Olympus crew (Palutena, Pit, Medusa, Pandora, Viridi, Phosphora, and Wonder Woman) proceed to go full on "Asura's Wrath" on Galeem and Dharkon, the Big Bad duo from Super Smash Bros. Ultimate's "World of Light" mode, and all that it entails.
-MegaMan.EXE defeating Nebula Gray, the embodiment of Darkseid's prized "Anti-Life Equation," with his bare hands and the love of his friends and family.
-The Justice League, 3G, the Autobots and Decepticons, the Green Lantern Corps, G.I. JOE, and all of the other defenders of Earth and the universe going up against the whole of Apokalips in the convergence between worlds, in a war sequence that (conceptually) would put "Avengers: Endgame" to shame.
-It all culminates in a massive sequential final battle against Darkseid himself, as New Genesis and Apokalips begin to collide into each other, ending in a giant send-up of the finale of the "F-Zero" anime.
Darkseid: NO!! Darkseid is invincible! Darkseid is eternal!! (charges up Omega Beams) DARKSEID... IS...!!!
Superman: NO... MORE!!! (Decks Darkseid in the eyes, causing the Omega Beams to backfire into Darkseid.)

Epilogue: "The Son of Superman"
True to the title, this conclusive part of the story revolves around Jonathan Samuel Kent, the son of Clark "Superman" Kent and Lois Lane, and focuses on how the setting has changed in the years since that fateful final battle against Darkseid. This part is particularly ironic, if not poetic, for the fact that the setting that was initially derided for being too dark (the DCEU) gets what basically amounts to a happy ending born from blood, sweat, and tears. Is it farfetched? Maybe. Is it as self-indulgent a crossover as can be? Probably. Is it the dream of a silly boy who wanted a little more out of a film series that had been steamrolled in complaints and executive meddling, all for a quick dollar? Perhaps. But I think dreams are necessary for people to express themselves, to give the stories you love an ending that the copyright holder isn't willing to give, because a story with its ending withheld for the sake of profit just isn't a story worth telling, now is it? A boy has the right to dream, after all. In case you're wondering, no, I'm probably not going to stop with just these. I'll come back to this behemoth with edits and memes to help flesh out this story, and I have a good number of ideas to share with you all in the coming months.

As always, I do not own anything in this toy box called "Justice League: SPIRITS."
-The DCEU, Justice League, Watchmen, Superman, Batman, Wonder Woman and all their related characters all belong to Warner Brothers Pictures and DC Entertainment
-King of Braves GaoGaiGar belongs to Studio Sunrise
-Kamen Rider belongs to Toei Company and Ishimori Productions
-Kid Icarus belongs to Nintendo Co., Ltd. and SORA Ltd.
-JoJo's Bizarre Adventure belongs to Hirihiko Araki, Shueisha and Lucky Land Communications
-Monster Musume belongs to Okayado, Tokuma Shoten, Sentai Filmworks, and Seven Seas Entertainment
-Mega Man Battle Network belongs to Capcom Co. Ltd.
-G.I. Joe and Transformers both belong to Hasbro Inc. and Paramount Pictures
-Fate/Stay Night belongs to both Type-Moon and Kadokawa Shouten

And as an old storyteller told us a long time ago, "This is just an Imaginary Story... Aren't they all?" This Imaginary Story is my gift to you all, and I can't wait to see what you all come up with.
Happy writing.
