Thanks. Most of them are the ones that come with Photoshop (although not necessarily in the default group), just with their scattering/angle jitter/color jitter settings tweaked. Some of the leaves were made with a brush made from a vector shape that was done on the fly.

This reminds me of "the wood between the worlds" from The Magicians Nephew in the Chronicles of Narnia.

Reminds me of "The Magician's Nephew" (The Chronicles of Narnia), there was a mention of a world that conects different worlds together. There were so many trees that only a warm glow of light appeared on the leaves.
