I guess I've been sculpting about a year and a half. I made that "Spatha" sculpt during my first year though...I guess it just depends on the person. It looks like you already know a good bit about anatomy, so it probably won't take you too long to pick it up. Yes, I use super sculpey and super sculpey firm. Thanks!

Awesome yeah i most of the anatomy and articulation you have skill i just need to get a new job so i can afford to buy the goodies and get sculpting best place to buy tools the art store near my house has a horrible selection and any tips on what brands of wire i should purchase thanks

Well, I bought most of my stuff from local craft stores such as Hobby Lobby and Michaels, but you can also find a lot of what you're looking for at online websites...especially the clay. I dont have a particular name brand for the wire but I like to use 10 gauge wire for the majority of the body and really thin wire for the hands. I'll note you later for more details. Too much to write out here.
