.....Then came the 19th century. The Napoleonic Wars were just over, marked by Napoleon's escape to Elba. However, European powers began to turn on each other. A war involving Russia's annexation of Poland, as well as the Saxony crisis, began. Thereafter, the balance of power in Europe began to shift eastward. The Russian and German empires rose from the dust of the Napoleonic Wars, destroying the old dynasties of France and Austria.
Britain, in the midst of volatile situations, has no other choice but to distance itself away from European politics, was a very fatal decision for them. Russia began to not only dominate the balkans, but Ottoman Empire as well, which then lost a great war over Crimea. Not only that, but it seems that Russia is beginning to clash with Japan in the Pacific.
In the middle of that, the United States, a young nation, not even 100 years of existence, had collapsed under the violent Civil War. The war could be recorded as the first proxy-based war, in which the United Kingdom and France are supporting the Confederates, while Germany and Russia are supporting their new ally, United States. In the end, the Confederate States of America won the Civil War, sealing their inevitable growth in North American politics. Leaving the US as a weaker nation, which in turn goes into the so-called "Decades of Humiliation", where the US has constantly been under pressure and onfall from the west as well as the CSA.
And then, the 20th century. Tensions are heating up. The war between several city-states and Italian states, spill over to Europe and led to the First World War between Russia and Germany, against France, Austria and the Ottoman Empire. The British ultimately entered the war on the Russian side because of the sinking of the British vessel in the wake of the French submarine attacks.
However, the verdict was the fault of the imperialists. Soon, London had big problems during the war and brought the situation out of control. In the end, the peoples and workers who were oppressed, under the pretext of Karl Marx and many other communist figures, rose to the autocracy of London, and then, 1919, the United Kingdom no longer exists, the Union of British Worker's Republic was born. Even though it seems that the British lost, the other ally won the war. France was humiliated and Ottoman and Austrian Empires disintegrated.
Under the guide of the first premier, Comrade Oswald Mosley, the Permanent Revolution was quickly spreading throughout the already collapsing British Empire. The first to go red however was South Africa, and then soon, Canada, a safe haven for British Royal Family, fall under a communist-syndicalist revolution with both Ottawa and London united under the name of the Federation of Worker's Socialist Republics. The Royal Family then escapes to Australasia.
After the war, the Russian Empire modernizes, and quickly became the world superpower, alongside with Germany. Europe was left under many collapsing governments. Alongside with communist and syndicalist ideas, fascism or bellicist ideas starts to spread, first in France. However, Italian city-states then unites under a Federation. Soon, the fear of communism and bellicism brought Europe, and eventually the world into another world war.
The United States, falling into civil war, again, has opened an opportunity for the Confederate States to add expand its territory and influence. Meanwhile, China, led by Generalissimo Chiang Kai Shek, successfully knocked Japan back in Manchuria. A Great War is coming.
WORLD WAR TWO, AND THE SUBSEQUENT "COLD WAR"
The world was once again brought into a devastating war. The war began when the FWSR and France invaded the Netherlands, setting off tensions with Germany and Russia. France soon underwent a massive offensive against Germany and thereafter, controlled half of Europe. Simultaneously, a democratic Yugoslavian leader was toppled and replaced by a fascist dictator who subsequently joined the French to oust the Germans.
As the German government surrendered in 1941 and the Kaiser fled to Mittelafrika, Russia and FWSR is the last remaining power on the continent that is able to knock France off. In North America, the Confederates joined the French against the neutral, now collapsed, United States, and eventually, waged a brutal war against their own Northern brother. In East Asia, Japan sought revenge against the defeat in Manchuria, and launch an invasion of Southeast Asia in order to seize the available resource, useful to combat China.
1941, China joined the Allies as Japan officially joined the Fascist powers. In the same year, France launch an assault and an invasion against the British Isles. It was a successful campaign, but the tide is turned in the brutal FWSR vs France Naval Battle of Jutland, the eastern Battle of Nanjing, and Battle of Pittsburgh in North America. With that, French naval capabilities was crippled and is not able to maintain its occupation in England, Japan's moral downturned, and the CSA lost its chance to split the US into two. In 1945, half of Europe is liberated, and the FWSR troops are now in European mainland, Japan is doomed under the inevitable Sino-Russian invasion, and an offensive carried out by CSA stalled. The war in North America remains static as one by one, fascist powers fall under the Allied might.
September, 1945, as the last standing Axis, still fighting, and with the combined research of nuclear weapon by Russia and Germany is completed, an atomic bomb is detonated at Newport News and Charleston. The Confederate States of America then signed an instrument of surrender at 20th of September. The bloody World War Two had just ended, the world is quickly divided.
Mid 20th century, and now an ideological distrust between the West and the East caused the subsequent split and the so called Cold War. In the West, Mosley spearheaded the creation of the Brussels Pact, and in North America, the Second United States lost a civil war against London-backed Communist Party, and forms the United Socialist Republics of America. The "legitimate" US government led by General Irving Morell fled to Cuba, a state that is recently got it's independence from CSA. In the East, China, still under Chiang Kai Shek, decided to side itself with Russia. Back to Europe, the collapsed Empire that is France is divided between the eastern Federation of France and the western Socialist Worker's Republic of France, Paris is also divided. Similar situation happened to Italy. Under Benito Mussolini, the Italian Social Federation is essentially a Socialist state, but defected from London's hand.
Shortly after Mosley's death, a power struggle soon followed. And with the former WW2 Lieutenant General Bernard Montgomery came to power, a split soon happened between the Third Internationale. The USRA under Manfred Chester, began to drifting itself apart from London, and still rules USRA with an Iron Fist.
Meanwhile, the East, mostly led by Russia, began to show it's weaknesses. Indeed, they beat FWSR on the Space Race, but the imperialist autocratic regime are seems to be more unpopular every year, and with Republic of China's rise as a number one world economy, Russia's retirement as a global police is inevitable. In order to combat the western "collectivist menace", the east forms the Eurasian Treaty Organization in 1950, spearheaded by Russia and Germany, now China has joined and it's military effectively dominated the ETO.
The Cold War was incomplete without the Proxy Wars. Around the world, civil wars are always supported by two parties, eastern democratic regimes or western collectivist regimes. Some examples of this Central American Wars, which was later won by communist forces, forced the retreat of Chinese and Russian forces, and then we had the Mexican Civil War in the early 1950s, which ended with a peace signature and broken down Mexico into two, besides that, there was a conflict in North Africa between the French Republican government in Algiers seeking asylum, and Algeria, who found the land was taken by the imperialists. Additionally, China and Russia also try to secure the South and Southeast Asian regions of the Communist threat by signing pacts together.
However, apparently, Formosa managed to escape, and became one of the most powerful FWSR Allies in the Asia-Pacific, especially during the Formosa Missile Crisis in 1965. All of the ways Beijing has called for communism to not spread, and the Indochina campaign was already commenced.
Today, as of 1977, the world is still in the midst of the Cold War, and fears of total nuclear annihilation is still present. But history will continue to add a new chapter of mankind, even though, it would be full with wars.

Note:
Yes I try to mix TL-191 with Reverse Cold War, with some sprinkle in parallelism. And some premise of US as China parallel and CSA as Japan thing. There's a possible follow up to this, if I able to spare my time. Hope you enjoy!
Also there's a possible grammar correction in tomorrow or so. I made this description when I was half-sleepy, so, sorry for the mistakes.
Format inspired by MarsBy2024OrBust's Cursed Days and Fallout: China.
Lastly, Happy 4th of July to all Americans (my watchers or strangers who were seeing this map)!.. It's too late though, but still count, right?
