Lol that's an interesting flash but I'm not really sure how to use it so I'll just type out some feedback for you here.
There are only a few parts that bother me on this picture: 1) Venasaur seems smaller than he should and could use a little bit of tweaking. Also, why is he not looking the same direction as the other two? 2) Charizards wings are very well done lighting wise I think. The problem with this is that the way you did the lighting on the body makes his wings really stand out to me because it gives them more of a smooth bubbly appearance. 3) Charizards tail should have some orange on the top half of it now that I think about it.
That's it everything else I love. : ) Very good background and colors are well done. I like the touch of green gas coming off of the flower on Venasuars back too.
