The colours are a tad too dull for my liking, but I love the background.

You have a beautiful style. I'm amazed by the detail that you put into your work, especially the patterns on the borders/clothing. Your landscapes are perfect, but some of your face's are a little off (which I don't blame you for, because they're incredibly hard).
You also have an impecable taste in books. XD
Sorry for the general comment, I didn't want to post it on your front page, and interupt your conversation there. ^^
In this one, Erestor's hands are slightly out. I'm not sure how. I think the left one on my side (sorry, I'm terrible at telling left from right) is the wrong way round, but don't quote me on that. I love the light play on the water behind him though. Well done!

I'm happy you enjoy my gallery and took the time to comment on the aspects you liked. This is the ony way for me to improve my art.
As for Erestors hands... well it is humanly possible to hold a sword ike this for a high block. I'm a hundret percent sure of this as those are my hands on the sword

Now...He is one good looking elf!!! Wonderful shading...and positioning of the arms using that sword...that was difficult to get (I'm sure)...You did an amazing job with this one.

I'm glad it seems to work. Actually getting the positioning of the sword and hands was seasy. I just photogrphed myself and worked on from there... piece of cake really.
