I´ve actually included the lyrics to this song not because it is called "Sebastian" - a fitting coincidence - but because of the surreal and eerie feeling it has. And because I really, really like it.

This time Ciel, as easily can be seen.
But Heeeelll, this was DIFFICULT!
The lineart is of an immense complexity - I had trouble finding out the difference between flowers and foliage.
I might actually have transformed the one or the other leaf into a flower by Photoshop magic.
And yay for sparkles!

The line art looked suspiciously off your style so I figured it must have been hers. Again. Not that I mind. Not at all in fact - it's truly inspiring and beautiful. I saw the original lineart and - That was not an easy one - very, very detailed. But well - you can handle everything with easem can you not? I love that colour of blue and the way you made the colour splash is awesome too - the flowers and everything - and I'm glad to see that ~Moisca can really appreciate your hard work.

AJfklsfsd the colors, the shine, the COLORS, the blending, the mixing of COLORS, the perfect blue hue, the shiny background .... OMG EVERYTHIIIIIIIIING.
Let me just ... take all this magical-ness in ...
Okay, let me start from the top:
Just ... amazing color choice. Blue is my favorite color, and this sapphire-like blue just blows me away. I can't stop looking at this picture! I can hardly believe it was once my lineart! It's saved on my computer and it's my lock screen~
The shines on his hair are so pretty~
The way you shade is just amazing! And how you color the skin with more than one color, and then work it into the shading ... that's what I love so much about your work ;u;
The flowerssssssssss, oh my gosh ... You did them perfectly, and now I'm using your drawing to help me find the flowers! XD I can't tell them apart in my own drawing! But you made such a pretty silver-blue 
Lastly, I ADORE the ways you work the paint splatter into the works. This picture wasn't originally made for a lineart, hence the reason I splattered paint everywhere. But you magically are able to make it work so well!! I wish I could watch you color~

I always thought blue is a fitting colour for Ciel. Might be because of the hair, though it looks like dark teal sometimes. I think blue fits his average mood.
It was a pain in the butt to colour, but fun nonetheless! 
I like to incorporate pieces of the lineart into the finished work by simply coloring it or adding an effect to it. It gives the whole thing a different dimension.
XD Honestly, I find it hilarious that you need my picture to find the flowers on your picture!
