She had never forgot that she was human. He wouldn't let her. But even so, standing here with others - with real people - was like a dream she was afraid she'd wake up from.

It had started two centuries beforehand, on Earth. A time and a place that she had lost among all the stars she had travelled.
"Help me with these, would you?" a man would say. He was important, whoever he was... But his face, his voice, his smell... They were all gone. Her memories were filled by whole other worlds now.
"Sure!" she smiled, picking up the something and placing it somewhere else. "No problem."
The rich blue sky turned blazing orange, as the sun sank behind the jagged edges of the city.
"Goodnight." he smiled, after a small sigh.
"Goodnight."
Pulling her vespa out from its hiding place, she kicked the engine in to life and began her journey home.
A journey that never ended.

She had no name now. Just a title. A moniker that the all those places she had been now worshiped lovingly... or feared deeply.
"The Caller."
Her real name was just another thing she had lost, like these other humans.
