Why is it so impossible to take decent photos of paintings? It was extremely difficult to paint this water and I suspect I did a miserable job. I also really really miss my tiny detail paintbrush. Her feet once again done with a toothpick. |:This is Tigerlily. My oldest (and most neglected) character. Tigerlily is terrified of water, since she was accidentally inside her sister's head when she drowned. As you can see from her open and defiant pose, Tigerlily is Facing Her Fears. Pathetic girl, why can't you grow up with the rest of them. No one is going to stay with you.

I am sorry, Tigerlily, I will try to be more attentive in the future. But I cannot promise to be less cruel.

Just look at it as enforced growth. It makes it just a bit easier to take.
It might have been water that looked like snow on my laptop screen. As a matter of fact, that's what I think it is.

OH MY GOODNESS thank you so much. I really thought that WAS going to be a problem, and then it turned out that I actually did not use the same color more than twice. There are at least three different colors in the water alone. So it really wasn't as insane as I expected. But thank you thank you thank you. <3
