Well the character was really cute >w> I saw a puff entry and nearly died from the wave of cute.I tried to draw the flower on her neck but everytime I did it it seemed smooshed or like it would be covered ;n; so I'm with it being covered since Blu is wearing a scarf so many things are named Blu/blue/bleu
