*ahem*
so... this is Yuu, my OC... I've drawn her a few times before, here and here , she's the one with green suit and green hat
I have redesigned all of my OC, so maybe I'll submit all of them later (also in beach theme...)
but I think I should make their character sheet first...
I make this one for Kemonomimi Contest [link] I don't really think I'll won though... I join it because my friend is also joining... But, wish me luck anyway...
anyway, I personally like how I've done it this time... even though it's pretty annoying to draw that wet dress... and I still think I didn't do it right...

maybe this is the best piece of art that I've done so far... cuz when I cropped the black frame around the picture, it actually looks like a game cg~~

oh yea, you're a tablet user rite?? Is it hard to draw using tablet? Maybe I'm planning to get one soon...

Well it's not hard when you get use to it.It took me maybe a day or two before being totally comfortable with it and now I can't live without it!!XD
By the way I use a bamboo tablet small from wacom, They dont cost too much and they are a good start.

I've seen my friend using bamboo fun, and it looks like pretty nice...
what about the pen? I've heard that you need to replace it once a while...

About the pen well it's true that it might break after some time if it fall to the ground too much. They are kinda fragile because of the pen-pressure thing.
But you can always buy an other one in a store or on the net.
I don't know how it cost where you are but for me in Canada it cost 23$ to have a new one.
But if you are carefull it will last at least a year or two.

hmm... I think 23$/year won't hurt my wallet too much... and I think it won't be much different here, since wacom also have asia pasific contributor (they also held contest once a while, but it's pretty hard to win, since too many talented people ranged from Pakistan to Australia is participating...
I really want to try draw using one, because it's pretty annoying to draw the same drawing twice, since usually I've got to draw it on paper first, scan it (at my friend place too), lineart it on photoshop, color it on SAI, and back to Photoshop in the end... lol, that's why I need at least 4 or 5 days to finish something...
