Sorry, just trying to get a bunch of contest entries in before their deadlines. This one is for jetheartszuko on LJ, for their Streetlife Serenade contest, based on an FST created by comm-member boredgod.I chose "Open Your Eyes" by Snow Patrol because I had a mental image of the outcome of a second Jet-Zuko fight, wherein Zuko gives into his (emoness) guilt over Iroh, and lets Jet win.
Only, Jet finds he can't end Zuko's life so easily.
Good Muse, this crackship is fun.I am most pleased with how the knife turned out. And I HATE zuko's final season two outfit.

There needs to be a fanfiction about this. It would be an awesome story to be told, with Zuko not being able to firebend to save himself and him Uncle. Maybe he makes a critical mistake and Jet ends up killing him like this. Would be SO angsty. I would love it.

I ironically hate this pairing but love this art XD Although I think the only way Jet could win in a fight with Zuko would be if Zuko threw it, or if Jet went through some totally awesome 80s montage where he ditches the crazy to fight and finds his beliefs again or something corny, and if Zuko was actually a villain--bah. Okay yeah I'm on a weird dorky tangent. Great art, as always ^^ (I'll try to comment more and not just stalk, since I know I hate it when people favorite my stories without reviewing. XD Maybe that's just me though. But your icon has that little 'don't forget to leave a comment' bubble, and combined with the face, it's too much!)

On the other hand, both of them were holding back in Ba Sing Se... so, who knows. Jet trained himself since 8 to fight firebenders, so he could beat Zuko. (I mean, I really really really want him to beat Zuko. Repeatedly. Possibly with a brick.

xD but when it comes down to it, if Zuko DID have to fight for his life, he'd probably fry Jet. I mean Jet has mad skills with his hook swords, but Zuko has that added advantage of being a pretty powerful Firebender. Even if Jet trained specifically to fight Fire, there are only so many ways to dodge without a terrain bonus (like trees)
