Description
This is an illustration I did once when I was trying to GM/DM a campaign dealing with the "Plane of Shadow." I don't know if I would call it a success, since it kind of got wierd and died out. In any case, there were some interesting creatures invented, even if they weren't all used, and when I invent a creature, it usually comes with an illustration.Thus, the hangman... kind of a horror show of choppy-choppy garroting fun!

I did eventually get to use him. He was, simultaneously, terrifying and one of my group's favorite encounters I think.
