Our first project for Costume Design class was a series of designs off of words. No color, nothing like that. And, we had to use her stock figure for the pose and everything, so that's why they all look alike.

This one had to personify angular in the garment design.

I honestly, honestly tried to start with something normal. I really did try. But, this fantasy thinger just happened Ah well. I like it. It's my "left handed" archer, because the shoulder guard is on the wrong side, I realized later. To fix it, however, I would have had to have redrawn just about everything, because I liked how the lines worked out... ah well... I suppose I could just flip it, but I'm not going to. You'll just have to deal.

I just love the idea of weaving everything and creating layers out of the stuff. And that corset would be awesome to have, but that's just me.

So, here is the "Left-Handed Lord of the Rings Rejected Archer"
