Here is Cheche Perez, Relampaga!I've been wanting a few things for the strip. More villains, more girl villains, another speedster, and more Latin characters. Cheche fits all those categories.
Conceived as a mean girl type, I don't have a full background for her yet. But she will be a mid level villain who always wants to get her way.
