what ^they said. So do you just scan the inked image and color it completely on whatever photo editing program you have?

No, I color the characters with copic markers, then I scan and add a background

Where d'yu get yur markers? They're so... not junky... I can't use markers because my colors always end up staining or coming out wrong, leak... You've got marker skillz...
