This is really, really good. It's much better than any of the Deviantart drawings or paintings made of Patrick Stewart I've seen on google. It's so lifelike, yet it's got that painterly touch. But with this amazing level of detail, comes the question: was it worth it to take digital photos of Patrick Stewart, paint from them on the computer, and come out with what looks almost like a digital photo? Don't get me wrong, I love this, but I just want to hear your opinion on this subject, as a person who's obviously devoted a lot of time to it.

WOW. I love this. I thought it was a picture at first glance. But then I new it had to either Oil Paints or Painter. Wonderful Job. Patrick Stewart is my favorite actor and you did him much justice. I will be adding this to my Favs :3
