I like this picture, the poses are all so very nice! The one critique I have is that I don't know what happened to Nhezno's legs! Or Pixie's, or Prodigy's other leg! Otherwise I really really like it!

Yeah, the Picture was getting a little crowded down there so I took some short cuts...I've learned my lesson since then. I hope
Thank you for the comments and criticism!

Thank YOU for taking the criticism well! Not many people can do that anymore without thinking that I hate them or something!

Thanks... And In the Wolverine and the X-Men cartoon Dust has green eyes too. It's easy to get confused...

Thank you for the comment!
Dust is def one of my favorites now. I feel you on the lack of Muslim women in comics. Actually I can only think of 2 Muslim characters at all (Dust and the woman in the Captain Britain book)

love how pixie's wings turned out, cant wait to see how your style improves and develops, tonally its a bit flat, but you are just beginning, my (useful but maybe not) tip is to ignore any how to guides and just do what feels right!!! i tend to use different layers and combinations to colour.
i loved this team also, and i can really see how your art style is improving, the best bits-gentle and dust, you have nailed them!!! i LOVE the flow(literally) of mercury and anole, compositionally they look really strong!!!!

Thank you so much for your comments! You are right about the flatness of the picture. I don't know how to make things look 3D, or anything about shading, so I made it look flat on purpose. Of course, if it doesn't look intentional, then there is still a problem. But like you said, I am just starting out, so who knows what I can learn to do

another piece of advice, dont be afraid to just take risks with your colouring as it can always be undone if you are unhappoy about it!!! i have been using photoshop since i was 13 and i still learn something new everytime i use it.
its not that it doesnt look intentional, it is a style, if you wanna do a simplified colouring technique, like say an animated look ala xmen evolution, just two tone everything, so you have a little bit of shade, just pick a darker version of the colour you are using say as the skin tone, and pick a light source-its easy when starting to do light coming from one side, so like, have the light cxoming from the right, and then the left hand side of say the arm would be a little darker-but i am excited to see you develop!!!
