I got my hands on some new oil paint-like brushes and boy am I in love.using the hyper Rex from the isle as a subject again because Rex faces are oddly difficult to draw and I will master them !!!. ( ✧ᗝ✧)

This looks amazing. A lot of dinosaur drawings are cheesy, or even ridiculous with the concept that just because ONE species had impressions of feathers Near it, all dinosaurs must now be feathered. Which isn't even logical as not even all birds now have feathers. (Just look at Penguins.)
Okay, that was my mini-rant for the day. Anyways, this is a really awesome drawing. My only critique about it is that its extremely dark so the Rex kind of gets a bit lost into the background. Keep working.

Penguins have feathers (faceslap) 😑 and only theropods and other bipedal dinosaurs had feathers. Quadrupedal dinosaurs are not very active and spend most of their time in the sun, they would overheat. So not all dinosaurs have feathers. Triceratops even had crocidile like skin, and there is evidence to back this up. But i do agree that the rex does blend in with the background, i think a sillhouette would have suited this background much better, with the fire outlining it so it stands out.
