And here's me, deliver some last pages before the end of the year!
I’ve seen lots and lots of fics where Atem’s lips get described using words like ‘firm’ and ‘rough’ and similar synonyms. I’m not sure if it’s always used the same ways. When I mean rough here, I’m thinking slightly dry or chapped.

I had to reread the whole doujinshi and now I realize you have exchanged every 'partner' with 'aibou' 
When did that happen? I don't complain, I prefer aibou before partner, but it was quite the surprise

But yes, it's been bugging the hell out of me pretty much all of 2017 tbh. I didn't think about it when I wrote the script, and I certainly have never cared about what people choose to use. I just feel weirded out about it in my own creations, especially since I use 'aibou' in my fanfics. It didn't fit well with me to use BOTH at the same time, but it was such a small thing to be annoyed by so I tried my best to now give a damn and just stick to 'partner', to deal with my old choices. In the end though, I didn't want to. And how am I supposed to continue working on something I can't stand 100% behind?
So for the last update 2017, I finally made the decision to make the switch. No one minded on Tumblr, the reaction was pretty much "meh, do what you want

It can definitely be both but no matter what, it'll always be there, and even if the outcomes might be bad, it doesn't have to be a bad memory. And yeah, it kinda goes without saying that Atem isn't so easily fooled and especially not by Yuugi. Yuugi isn't the best liar either, or particularly good at keeping secrets

Right, because those kind of memories should be good not bad. I mean Atem shared a body with Yuugi for quite a few years, so he knows general how Yuugi thinks. You're welcome.

I don't think I've ever seen this trope being used and the person who did the surprise kissing actually think about how bad it was? How consent matter in all cases, even with such a strong bond as the dorks? Kudos!

Hm, I'm pretty sure I have but yeah, this is what I want out of that trope. I mean, I love it waaaaaaaaay too much and feel like absolute trash for it, but as many other things, it has to be done the right way, or I won't like it
