Well I mean Atem is trying to make Yuugi understand that he shouldn't continue to worry over the matter. I mean they are continueing to get closer from this too. However right now Yuugi needs to understand how Atem feels about the situation. Nice work.

Indeed. And even if things might be okay from Atem's side, it will never go back to exactly what they had before, things will change now, and they both have to accept and deal with it

...You hid Atem's face in the second panel. That makes me very suspicious. What did his eyes tell? It's not like Yuugi saw them
 Holy Ra, what is happening in Atem's head? This feels so chaotic! He MUST be an emotional mess just like Yuugi! Most definitely not in the same way, but... it's puzzleshipping? Come on!

Observant of details, as usual  I don't know why I did it, it may or may not be related to what Atem feels ¯\_(ツ)_/¯ 
And yeah, it would be surprising if Atem was completely cool with everything. Puzzleshipping is ALWAYS pain, especially slow-burned
