The main antagonists of the Blood Gem Arc are the Iscariots and Vatican. Their mission is to destroy Tasha after word of her corrupted form finally reached. This message was sent by Zamasu as a backup in case the corrupted Tasha plan failed. A counter measure would you say. The main head is a reverend named Enrico Maxwell and he can normally be seen with a mysterious golden cat that always appear to be smiling. The main 3 are 2 strong gems and a demi gem but the Quartz is the trump card. Alexander Anderson is a Tibetan Quartz and the trump card of the Iscariot and Vatican. He is the gem that attacks and poofs Tasha. Despite his extreme beliefs and devotion to Catholicism, he does have a soft spot for children. In fact he runs a orphanage in the country of Ireland where he was made. Alexander is one of the perfect quartz made on Earth alongside Jasper. Originally, his purpose was to be a guard for White Diamond but it never happen as she was shattered by Yellow Diamond. Because of this, Alexander became a priest and a damn good hunter. He was so good that the Vatican and Iscariot hired him as their trump card. His gem was modified for him to regenerate whenever he got hurt but he was also given a gift, a holy weapon that should be used as a last resort. Alexander kept it with him. A little thing about Anderson is unlike his fellow quartz, when he formed he was bigger than most including Jasper. Anderson also doesn't tolerate the gem vampires and vampires as he deems them as mistakes and unholy incarnates. Sometimes he also poofs corrupted gems and bubble them to his hidden spot. Only a select few know of this spot but most of the members don't understand why he bubbles them. Is it out of pity? Is it mercy? No one knows. He is big rivals with Alucard the Blood Diamond as he vows to shatter him no matter what. He even calls him a False Diamond. Similar to Jasper, Anderson's view of fusing is the one of disdain as he said that fusing 2 different gems and the same gem is a act of sin as he views fusion as a act of taboo and lust. He even banned a demi gem and a gem from fusing just to show it his views on fusion.

Anderson's gem is in the shape of a cross and it's on his chest obscured by his clothes. He main summon weapons are countless, if not, endless supplies of bayonets that he keeps hidden. These bayonets are blessed due to Anderson's powers and can easily kill a gem vampire and vampire in one slice. His main power is Botanokinesis but he only limits this power to grow flowers at the orphanage. But on his person is a secret weapon that would be his downfall and demise; Helena's nail. If a human is stabbed with the nail they gain regeneration powers but at a price. On a gem, it corrupts them into humanoid corrupted gem with certain instincts. When Anderson uses this nail on himself, his plant based abilities go out of control and corrupts him into a fast healer monster of god.

Heinkel Wolfe and Yumiko are a duo but the difference between them is that Heinkel's a Demi Light Blue Apatite while Yumiko is a full Hematite.

Heinkel is a experiment by the Vatican to make gem hybrids using different techniques. Most of the subjects end up as mishmash of gem light and flesh and some would end up corrupted. So one day, they forced a German man and a Light Blue Apatite that they found to perform *coughs* coitis which resulted in the gem becoming pregnant. When she gived birth, she gived up her physical form and gem to bring Heinkel Wolfe to this world. Despite that she was being raised by Anderson in the orphanage and viewed her as a equal, the Vatican on the other hand were not viewing her as a person but rather a experiment. They put her through dangerous tests and experiments to view how she reacted. She past some but also failed some. When she failed, the scientists would punish her by whipping her. She wasn't even safe as a teen as she had a beautiful figure and this made men grope her and women to beat her. But of course all of these were tests as well. She was at her peek when she was nearly raped by a scientist causing her to break down and pull out a knife. The scientists in a 2 way window watched as Heinkel perform a breast surgery on herself reducing the size of her chest enough for her hide her gender. But what caught the scientists attention was that after her self performed surgery, the wounds quickly healed up. This is what they wanted. A demi gem who can heal themselves on the spot. They tried to do repeat the same process again but Anderson caught on to their experiments and released the gems in captivity. Some of the scientists were fired but others met a terrible fate. As for Heinkel, Anderson trained her to become a Iscariot Knight.

Yumiko is another story. A story of tragedy. Yumiko was made on Homeworld to act as a a teacher and caretaker for the new gemlings as ordered by Blue and White Diamond. She enjoyed this position and was brilliant with the gemlings. She was even nicknamed Mother Hermatite by the gemlings. Sadly when Yellow Diamond took over Homeworld, she ordered the smashing of the gemlings as she deemed useless. Watching the gemlings being shattered and smashed dishearted the nun gem. It dishearten her so much that something snapped in her as she viciously attacked the sentries and destroyed them with her katana. She then fled homeworld to Earth when Yellow Diamond heard that her sentries were destroyed where she landed in Ireland. Anderson found her crash site and asked if she would like to help him in looking after the children. A second chance to look after children. Yumko jumped at the chance and decided to help. But when she witness one child being killed at the hands of a gem vampire, she viciously attacked the gem vampire killing it by smashing it's gem. Anderson saw potential in her and asked her to join the Iscariot. She didn't need to told twice. But it was through the raid of the Vatican's gem labs she met Heinkel. Now at first she thought Heinkel was a male but Heinkel told her that she was female and she only did this surgery on herself cause she was tired of men groping her and women beating her because of her figure. Of course this didn't matter to Yumiko as she said that no matter what gender she is beautiful to her the way she is. It was from here the pair formed a loving bond. It was Yumiko who taught Heinkel the basics of her gem powers and abilities including fusion but the pair never fused in their life due to Anderson's view of fusion.

Heinkel's upside down tear gem is on the top of her left hand and her summon weapon is usually a battle axe but she has traded that for a pair of guns that shoot blessed bullets. Her gem powers is mainly hydrokinesis but it is not that strong due to her being a hybrid. Yumiko's gem is on her base of her neck and it is covered by her clothes and hair. Her powers mainly make use of pyrokinesis and magma manipulation but her summon weapon is her trusty katana that can slice through anything.

Towards the end of the arc, Heinkel and Yumiko begin to have second thoughts about the Iscariot and Vatican and in the end they join the anime gems and finally fuse into the fusion Azurite (Of the black and blue variety) and stay fused due to their love.

He has a understanding of gems and how they fuse, even agreeing with Anderson that fusion is sin and taboo, has knowledge on gem tech which he uses for his army to purge the 'unholy' but the strange thing is that he is always seen with a golden cat that normally rests on his shoulders and appears to be smiling. Schrodinger the Cat's Eye is a Enigma. No seriously he is. No one knows how this cat gem came to be. Not even the diamonds themselves as there is never a Cat's Eye made. Until now. Schrodinger said that there were some leftover ejectors in Kindergarten that injected the life force into him thus giving him life. Of course the ejector would Schrodinger a unique ability. Schrodinger would soon leave Homeworld to head to Earth where he would settle in Germany before being drafted to World War II. Of course he didn't want to take part in it so he hid. His only interest is writing. He would document all of the war in his notebook and then leave it for the future to have. When he is discovered by the Vatican, he disguised himself as a cat so no one would know. A grinning cat earning him the title of Maxwell's Chesire Cat. Even in his true form he would wear a smile on his face even when the situation look bleak. But the only time he would not smile is if he lost his notebook.

Schrodinger's gem is on his shoulder but it is hidden by his military clothes. Now one would think he would have a summon weapon but in truth, doesn't have one. Schrodinger explains that the reason he doesn't have a weapon is because he doesn't want to directly fight. His most prominent and unique ability is his omnipresence, the ability to be everywhere and nowhere as long as he recognizes himself. Because of this ability, not once has he ever been poofed. If he is shot or suffered a injury that would poof him, he would come back unharmed. But when it comes to fusing with other gems, that is when the ability turns on the gem. Any gem fused with Schrodinger would start to disappear. Becoming as one would say, a imaginary number. Because Fusion creates a new persona, Schrodinger would not be able to recognize himself unless the fusion has most of his persona in it. Only a select few gems can fuse with Schrodinger and stay everywhere and nowhere without fading out of existence and the non compatible gems will stay faded until the fusion is undone.

Heinkel Wolfe and Yumiko are a duo but the difference between them is that Heinkel's a Demi Light Blue Apatite while Yumiko is a full Hematite.

Heinkel is a experiment by the Vatican to make gem hybrids using different techniques. Most of the subjects end up as mishmash of gem light and flesh and some would end up corrupted. So one day, they forced a German man and a Light Blue Apatite that they found to perform *coughs* coitis which resulted in the gem becoming pregnant. When she gived birth, she gived up her physical form and gem to bring Heinkel Wolfe to this world. Despite that she was being raised by Anderson in the orphanage and viewed her as a equal, the Vatican on the other hand were not viewing her as a person but rather a experiment. They put her through dangerous tests and experiments to view how she reacted. She past some but also failed some. When she failed, the scientists would punish her by whipping her. She wasn't even safe as a teen as she had a beautiful figure and this made men grope her and women to beat her. But of course all of these were tests as well. She was at her peek when she was nearly raped by a scientist causing her to break down and pull out a knife. The scientists in a 2 way window watched as Heinkel perform a breast surgery on herself reducing the size of her chest enough for her hide her gender. But what caught the scientists attention was that after her self performed surgery, the wounds quickly healed up. This is what they wanted. A demi gem who can heal themselves on the spot. They tried to do repeat the same process again but Anderson caught on to their experiments and released the gems in captivity. Some of the scientists were fired but others met a terrible fate. As for Heinkel, Anderson trained her to become a Iscariot Knight.

Yumiko is another story. A story of tragedy. Yumiko was made on Homeworld to act as a a teacher and caretaker for the new gemlings as ordered by Blue and White Diamond. She enjoyed this position and was brilliant with the gemlings. She was even nicknamed Mother Hermatite by the gemlings. Sadly when Yellow Diamond took over Homeworld, she ordered the smashing of the gemlings as she deemed useless. Watching the gemlings being shattered and smashed dishearted the nun gem. It dishearten her so much that something snapped in her as she viciously attacked the sentries and destroyed them with her katana. She then fled homeworld to Earth when Yellow Diamond heard that her sentries were destroyed where she landed in Ireland. Anderson found her crash site and asked if she would like to help him in looking after the children. A second chance to look after children. Yumko jumped at the chance and decided to help. But when she witness one child being killed at the hands of a gem vampire, she viciously attacked the gem vampire killing it by smashing it's gem. Anderson saw potential in her and asked her to join the Iscariot. She didn't need to told twice. But it was through the raid of the Vatican's gem labs she met Heinkel. Now at first she thought Heinkel was a male but Heinkel told her that she was female and she only did this surgery on herself cause she was tired of men groping her and women beating her because of her figure. Of course this didn't matter to Yumiko as she said that no matter what gender she is beautiful to her the way she is. It was from here the pair formed a loving bond. It was Yumiko who taught Heinkel the basics of her gem powers and abilities including fusion but the pair never fused in their life due to Anderson's view of fusion.

Heinkel's upside down tear gem is on the top of her left hand and her summon weapon is usually a battle axe but she has traded that for a pair of guns that shoot blessed bullets. Her gem powers is mainly hydrokinesis but it is not that strong due to her being a hybrid. Yumiko's gem is on her base of her neck and it is covered by her clothes and hair. Her powers mainly make use of pyrokinesis and magma manipulation but her summon weapon is her trusty katana that can slice through anything.

Towards the end of the arc, Heinkel and Yumiko begin to have second thoughts about the Iscariot and Vatican and in the end they join the anime gems and finally fuse into the fusion Azurite (Of the black and blue variety) and stay fused due to their love.

The Enrico Maxwell of the Anime Gems universe is the same as the Hellsing universe's but he truly believes aside that the weak are the unholy, that Tasha the Apatite is the devil incarnate when he heard word of her corrupted form. Though he was raised under Anderson's care, his Catholic beliefs are beyond a standard human's. He has a understanding of gems and how they fuse, even agreeing with Anderson that fusion is sin and taboo, has knowledge on gem tech which he uses for his army to purge the 'unholy' but the strange thing is that he is always seen with a golden cat that normally rests on his shoulders and appears to be smiling. Overall, same as the Hellsing Universe's Maxwell, if not, madder.

Schrodinger the Cat's Eye is a Enigma. No seriously he is. No one knows how this cat gem came to be. Not even the diamonds themselves as there is never a Cat's Eye made. Until now. Schrodinger said that there were some leftover ejectors in Kindergarten that injected the life force into him thus giving him life. Of course the ejector would Schrodinger a unique ability. Schrodinger would soon leave Homeworld to head to Earth where he would settle in Germany before being drafted to World War II. Of course he didn't want to take part in it so he hid. His only interest is writing. He would document all of the war in his notebook and then leave it for the future to have. When he is discovered by the Vatican, he disguised himself as a cat so no one would know. A grinning cat earning him the title of Maxwell's Chesire Cat. Even in his true form he would wear a smile on his face even when the situation look bleak. But the only time he would not smile is if he lost his notebook.

Schrodinger's gem is on his shoulder but it is hidden by his military clothes. Now one would think he would have a summon weapon but in truth, doesn't have one. Schrodinger explains that the reason he doesn't have a weapon is because he doesn't want to directly fight. His most prominent and unique ability is his omnipresence, the ability to be everywhere and nowhere as long as he recognizes himself. Because of this ability, not once has he ever been poofed. If he is shot or suffered a injury that would poof him, he would come back unharmed. But when it comes to fusing with other gems, that is when the ability turns on the gem. Any gem fused with Schrodinger would start to disappear. Becoming as one would say, a imaginary number. Because Fusion creates a new persona, Schrodinger would not be able to recognize himself unless the fusion has most of his persona in it. Only a select few gems can fuse with Schrodinger and stay everywhere and nowhere without fading out of existence and the non compatible gems will stay faded until the fusion is undone.
