This-- took me awhile to do- the hardest part for me was deciding her design- for once the personality was pretty easy since I wanted to do a hotheaded, impulsive person- //SHOT

I was considering making a guy instead, but I asked around- most people said Thistle is more of a girl's name than a guy's name- although I might switch her gender around someday, but for now enjoy this purple-haired idiot //shot

Oh, and her info might change over/after a few days- just wanted to upload this before I forget to on the day the group opens- xDD;

EDIT: Finally redrew her fullbody ahahhaha~ It reflects her height a lot better now~ Also she finally looks like she's holding Nageru Spike instead of it looking like it's stuck to her body |D

She usually changes it to whip form when keeping it, using a sheath behind her (The strap of the sheath is hidden by her clothing). In Spear form, it is much taller than Thistle. She normally has it with her wherever she goes.

  Thistle is very stubborn, and she's determined to get what she wants. Because of how impatient she is, she tends to be impulsive and very hotheaded, sometimes leading to violent tendencies that she still has to control. Thistle is also forgetful, since she usually remembers things that aren't important and the important things she remembers later. She appears to be Overconfident even if she's actually a crybaby if left alone in a hard situation. She tries to hide this by being very loud, and she's usually distracted easily.
History:
  Thistle always reminded herself one thing as she grew up: Make the choice you won't regret. She grew up as a rather determined child, stubborn when she doesn't get what she wants. She knew of the story of the Grimms, and disliked them because her parents often got injured every time they went out to battle them. She wanted to become a Huntress like her mother, so she could help protect others too. She didn't want to see anyone get hurt anymore.

  After seeing her parents come home injured once again, Thistle finally gathered up her courage and begged her parents to use a Naginata-- however her Mother refused, worried for her child would hurt herself as she practiced. Her Father decided to teach her how to use a Spear, since it was somewhat safer for her at the time.

  Thistle then began to practice using the spear. Her forms were often imperfect, and she was sometimes too impatient and would often end up throwing her wooden spear to the ground. Her Father decided to discipline her by making her carve a new spear every time she even made a single splinter on her current spear. Pouting, she'd often attempt to carve-- and end up pricking herself. She'd often think bitterly that the spear was like her namesake, a sharp Thistle flower.

  Slowly, she began to learn how to carve her spear properly, and started to combine what she learned at school with the little things her father taught her. Wanting functionality more than form, she experimented until she made the prototype of her current weapon, Nageru Spike. However she was never really good at math, and the chains were too heavy for her to carry. She tried again, trying various types of ribbons- but none were strong enough for her weapon. She kept experimenting until she finally found a solution to her problem. Using what she learned in engineering a weapon, she managed to create "Nageru Spike"-- naming it for its sharp end, and because she had a habit of throwing her spears when she was younger.

  Thistle found out about Pharos Academy while looking around with her parents for an Academy to enroll in. As Pharos Academy was one of the places where she passed the entrance exam in, she decided to go there, hoping that she'd be able to become a Huntress who could protect everyone like her parents.

-Her last name is from the story The Purple Jar, which is also the story her color scheme is based on ( "When the girl gets home, she discovers that the jar was not purple but filled with dark liquid. “I didn’t want this black stuff!” she cries". She probably didn't know that the liquid might become purple if under the proper lighting.)
-Her weapon, Nageru Spike, is the 7th version of the weapon since her first prototype
-She wears gloves more to protect her hands than for fashion.
-She relies heavily on her parents, which is why she momentarily freaked out the first time she entered Pharos Academy, as parents were not allowed inside.

-She has a long scar on the inner part of her right arm. She has it because of an accident she had while making Nageru Spike when she was younger.
-Thistle is often receives dresses during Holidays or special events by her Mother, and has no choice to wear them as her Mom always threatens to come over and pretty much embarrass her.
-Her family is actually pretty well off, but only some of Thistle's habits actually show this fact- she tries very hard to hide it, as she doesn't wanted to be forced to be a "Lady"
