Backstory: When her quirk awoke, hell began. Unable to control it nor turn it off, her own father started acting strangely towards her. Her mother, trying to stay between them was unable to bear with what was happening, starting to be affected by her quirk too. Disgusted and afraid of not only losing her husband to her daughter but also losing herself they abandoned her at an orphanage for children with problematic quirks.
There she lived until her 16th birthday under circumstances she does not want to remember. Being harassed not only by the other children but also by the caretakers. With no way to suppress her quirk or learning how to manipulate it, she fled and wandered around, everywhere and nowhere at all. This went on until she encountered someone who was
part of the black market of hero gears who sold stuff to villains and civilians, and she found a chemical that she could smoke and which smoke was able to cover the effect of her quirk and suppress it. Even if she hated to smoke and it savor, she felt free for the first time ever.
Over the next years, until her 20s she became a lowkey known villain who was called Venus because of her modus operandi.

When she decided to join the league of villains she encountered Dabi, the first one who seemed immune to her quirk because of the burnings. Being it the first time not to getting a gut do as she wishes gave her a fixation on him and what started as a challenge to make him end up falling for her, ended in them falling for each other even if neither wanted to accept it at first.
