Hey guys! I decided to redesign Allie, soo I would love your opinions on these two versions, which one do you like better? I'm stuck on both, and while ultimately it will be my decision, I'd like to get your views, too.I'll probably be adopting out one of the versions, so if you're interested keep checking back here for news on the rejected design.

I know you've already solved this, but this might help in future ventures in color-themed characters. ^^
It helps to base characters on their emotions, personalities, pasts, and the effects that you want them to convey on the viewers.
The first red design is eye-catching, but I'm always a sucker for natural colors ^^ Perhaps if you were to try a reddish color, go with rust or ember-brown.

I like the red one for the concept of Allie, but maybe you should keep number two also, and make her Allie's best friend or something? I can picture her being the cocky, outspoken best friend
Just an idea, because they're both stunning, and I'd love to adopt the design you eventually reject

Number 2 is a bit too natural and many people would have deer characters like it... The red, however is very mono-tonal. (If that's how you'd say it) and really sort of burns the eye with the colour so it takes away from the actual character/art? If that makes sense?
I like the idea above of blending the two? I'd like to see how that would look.

I love both of them too, I like the red one because I *think* you already did a piece with her and another male in it and she was red (I favorited that one too, haha).
I like the second one, but the first just makes her look unique and more interesting

I really like the first one 'cause it's more 'fantastic' The second one is too realistic. I prefer Fantasy chars. *3* loved both! ♥

I'm loving the way the first design stands out, and the spots make it look similar to Bambi. Which makes me love it so much more.
But then again the "naturalness" of the second design is also very beautiful.
If I were to choose between them, I must conform and say I would choose the first design.

The first one, but I would suggest making the red just a tiny bit lighter, because right now it "burns" a little bit - sorry for the lack of a better phrasing.
