What are DeviantArt policies on nudity?
Submissions depicting nudity are allowed providing that the model is eighteen (18) years of age or older and providing that the image is not determined to be obscene or pornographic as detailed elsewhere in the FAQ.
All images containing nudity must be tagged as Mature Content upon submission. The DeviantArt staff reserves the right to mark any work with a general mature content tag if it is deemed by that staff member to require one.
Tchai has not given an age for this character. We can assume she looks underage, but we can't confirm cause she's a cow and not 100% human. We can't entirely judge based on her human physique. But I would like to point out a few things. Fjola (her name) appears shirtless. But there are no anatomically suggestive features on display. She doesn't have nipples. AND nipples are a huge problem with today's society. So if she doesn't have nipples then there isn't any suggestive content on display that would warrant a mature tag. Also we can't say this is sexually suggestive because it just shows an adult cow's arm (Hjalta, her older sister) ruffling her (Fjola's) hair. This hair ruffle depiction is typically a playful social interaction between an older individual to a younger individual or can be a tall individual to a short individual. Another example could be seen as a supportive gesture. A mentor (wrestling coach) ruffling the hair of a student because they won the match.
Tchai has not shown anything that would violate dA's policies on nudity.

ou dont need to give age and it doesnt have to be sexual or erotic, one of my OCS got deleted for just her looks and she is an anthro,not even human and one of my human ocs has been removed as well, and none of it its sexual or anything, just naked

I can't really compare your work to Tchai's cause I've not seen the photos you say have been deleted. I sourced DA's policy and gave my conclusion to why this photo doesn't violate the policy. If you believe your work was falsely deleted, I suggest Contacting the DeviantArt Help Desk about the issue. I would be cautious about the content that is posted referring to full nude characters as well. If there is an issue, you need to make it obvious that the character depicted isn't shown in a suggestive manner. "Suggestive" in this context is nude. I have seen artists who have run into situations like what you explained and they had to put a censor bar over the groin and chest even though there was nothing there. That situation is a grey area to the rules and it has shown varied results.
Tchai is very aware of the policies that involve their work.
