Description
An alternate form of Decade accessed in "Gekijoban KAmen Rider Decade: Gaia Aftershock". After using the Chaos Form Ride Card a few too many times, Tsukasa realizes that his body is being overloaded with the powers he possesses. Later, fighting a monster, he enters Complete Form, then uses the Chaos Card to transform. To his surprise, this supresses all the energies raging inside hi, and leaves them at his masterful disposal.
