Apologies for the rather emo title, but she's very delicate right now and needs to be treated with great care. For those of you following this storyline, Rian just had a very sad breakup with someone she still loves quite dearly. She needs her some sexual healin', and her gratuitously attractive ship's medic is more than willing to oblige.Characters are Rian and Dr. Dalton Maitland.

I like this. I notice you very rarely draw an actual kiss, but always the moment just before. I think it is much more emotionally charged that way. Someone once said that an "almost kiss" (like in a movie when the two people you want to kiss almost do and then are interrupted) is often times more exciting and emotional for the viewer then an actual kiss. The same applies here I think.
I also do <3 your style of coloring. Its photoshop, but it has a very watercolor paint feel to it.

You know, for a very long time I did that only because I couldn't make an actual kiss look right. It always seemed wonky and unreal, so I got awfully good at avoiding the actual moment of contact 
I'm so glad you like the coloring style. Honestly, I wasn't sure about this one because I had wanted to showcase the linework with flat colors, but then I felt compelled to layer it more.
