Made a new thumbnail to prevent confusion, hopefully

So I've been working on my new reference kit and I thought, why not give this out to the public?
The .zip file you might've paid for (hopefully?) contains a .PSD file as well as an extremely helpful readme file that contains everything you need to know to figure out how the fuck it works.

To use this, you must have Adobe Photoshop. Go ahead and buy it (don't illegally find a way to download it for free. Come on, you're supposed to be IMPECCABLE) on their official website: www.adobe.com/

It may also work in Gimp, a free alternative to Photoshop. I have not tested it out, but go and try it yourself!
