I can't believe I totally forgot to comment on this after I replied to your note! I didn't even add it to my favourites wth I'm seriously unimpressed with myself right now.

I think I told you this back then through notes, but this is absolutely perfect It seems that no matter what style you decide to throw yourself into, you always produce the most amazing artwork. I adore the shading on this, and 'Tika's feathers look especially yummy <3
I love the composition and warmer tones you chose, they fit with their designs really well, and bring out that Fall vibe. Their poses also go so nicely with their personalities, somehow it's like you read my mind. I always imagine them together with Hieros looking pretty alert and "stiff" around her, and 'Tika trying to soften the mood to make him relax a little. In a way, he feels humbled that she has chosen to be with him, and protects her at all costs. And that's what I see in their interaction here. It really is too perfect!

And then there's the curl at the end of 'Tika's tail. So goddamn pretty ugh.

I'm sorry it took me so long to comment on this, I love it so much I had it set as my phone wallpaper for a long time <3
